AFA1000/E Dual Output

AFA3000/E
It has been specifically designed for Venturi Valve fume cupboard applications.
The controller will adjust the valve to the desired flow based on sash position. The mechanically pressure independent valve will accurately control and maintain design flows (as the system pressure/sash position changes). As the valve cannot detect changes in the face velocity of the fume cupboard , TEL incorporates one of their velocity sensors that will increase the flow of the valve if the face velocity drops below desired values.

Auto Sash Controller
Although preliminary designed for operation on VAV fume cupboards, it can also be used on CAV fume cupboards for increased safety. It can be fitted to new or existing fume cupboards with a choice of three motor drive systems to suit each type of fume cupboard.
Dual Auto Sash Controller
A dual auto sash controller is also available to operate on fume cupboards with two sashes including walk in type, back to back type and side by side type sashes.

Rectangular VAV Terminal Units
The Variable Volume terminal type RVP-P enables precision control of the amount of air coming in to a room. It can be supplied with a variety of control options for different applications and is ideally suited for use with the TEL AFA5000 Room Space Controller.

Circular VAV Terminal Units
The Variable Volume Circular type RVP-C provides volume flow control of extract and supply air systems across a wide range of sizes and volumes to suit any application. Ideally suited for use with the TEL AFA5000 Room Space Controller.

Rectangular CAV Terminal Units
Volume flow controllers type VRRK are used for maintaining a constant volume on extract and supply air systems covering a wide range of sizes and volumes to suit any application. Their task is to keep a default nominal value of the volume flow constantly, lastingly and independently of the varying pressure in the duct.
Constant volume flow controllers work with a smooth-running, asymmetrically angled plate, which guarantees a sensitive responding behaviour even in case of low volume flows.
Adjustable in the field over a set volume range, the Constant Volume Terminal type VRRK ensures a constant supply of air of up to 10,000m3/hr to a room.
Circular CAV Terminal Units
The volume flow controllers VRK are used in complex piping systems for automatically controlling the amount of air distribution. Their task is to maintain a predetermined desired value of the air flow for the supply or exhaust air of a room sustainable and independent from fluctuating channel air pressure.
Maintenance free and with a range of between 75 to 1,650m3/hr, the Constant Volume Terminal type VRK can be tailored to meet your specific air supply and extraction requirements.
The CAV units are field adjustable over a set volume range.

LEV Monitor
TEL’s LEV monitor provides you with the reassurance that the flow-rate is maintained, protecting your employees and alerting operators of any problems immediately.
Designed specifically for low and high pressure, TEL’s LEV Monitor can be fitted to any ducting or LEV extraction device, to check the airflow is adequate and keeping your employees continually safe in their working environment.
Kitchen Hood VAV System
Available for single or multiple hood controls.
Gas Interlocking System
TEL’s kitchen hood VAV system can be supplied with an integrated Gas Interlock system, which will cut off gas flow in the event of kitchen ventilation failure. This is now a mandatory requirement in most commercial kitchens.
Flameproof Systems
TEL can provide Airflow Monitors and Airflow Controls suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous or flameproof areas, Gas group IIC, Temperature class T6.
For installations where the hazardous area is contained within the Fume Cupboard chamber the standard airflow monitor or controller can be used with certified zener barriers fitted to the airflow sensor.
For installations where any part of the laboratory is classified as the hazardous area the airflow monitors or controls are mounted in a Safe Area control panel fitted in a designated safe area (e.g. corridor) and remote Ex rated Indicators and alarms fitted to the Fume Cupboard. e.g.
